Recently fitted out, this bright little house with independent access to the property and private garden area offers pleasant volumes.
You will find there, a bedroom with 160x200 bed (possibility of 2 80x200 beds), a living room with sofa bed, TV, DVD player and equipped kitchen area (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge), a bathroom. with washing machine. Outside you can sit down for lunch or rest in the shade and in the sun.
WIFI, enclosed car parking. Very quiet area.

From there you can walk to the center of Paramé in 10 min and to Rochebonne beach in 25 min. By car, the proximity of the main roads allows you to explore the entire emerald coast.
Ideal for a couple but also comfortable with 2 children.

Loved our few days in St. Malo!

This was the final stage of our touring holiday in France and we decided to spend four days exploring the lovely town of St Malo. We chose to stay at Nicolas and Aurelie's apartment and we could not have made a better choice. It's a lovely apartment - light, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Immaculate! Our hosts were welcoming and helpful throughout and they helped to make our stay a memorable one. We visit France every summer and we will have no hesitation staying here again in the future if it's available.

Ein kleines Häuschen in ruhiger, sehr schöner Umgebung und trotzdem alles in der Nähe, von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis zum Strand.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete und die Vermieter sehr nett.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die 4 Wochen waren schnell vorbei. Schöner Start einer langen Reise

Mein Mann und ich haben unseren Bretagne-Aufenthalt hier in St. Malo begonnen. Das Häuschen ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend, mit dem Auto ist der nächstgrößere Supermarkt sehr gut erreichbar. Zu Fuß kann man den Rochebonne Strand gut erreichen, er ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Die Altstadt ist am besten auch am Strand oder über die Promenade erreichbar in ca 5 km. Wir sind viel gelaufen, es bestehen aber auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten und Busverbindungen. Wir empfehlen alles abzulaufen, denn so lernt man St. Malo mit seinen vielen netten Ecken, Bars, Restaurants und Bistros und tollen Geschäften am besten kennen.
