Upon arrival, you will discover a large entrance with ample parking space, ideal if you're arriving with a boat. The property is secured by an electric gate. In the basement, a spacious garage allows you to securely store your nautical equipment, such as kayaks, paddles, or bicycles.

The main entrance opens into a hallway leading to a large living area.

- Living Room: Featuring a comfortable sofa, a wood stove, and a flat-screen TV, it's perfect for cozy family evenings.

Access :

Access to the property is via a code to open the gate. There is also a secure key box on site where you can collect the house keys. The entire villa and its outdoor areas are available for guests, except for a small locked room reserved for maintenance.
