Bonne localisation dans le triangle St Malo- Dinard - Dinan. Grand jardin agréable. Pas de bruit de la rue. Mais pas de toboggan que nous avions vu sur les photos. Pièce de séjour spacieuse, cuisine bien équipée en machines. Manque de rangements dans les chambres et la cuisine pour un séjour un peu long (3 semaines pour nous). Maison très encombrée par les effets personnels du propriétaire. Pas de wifi en dehors de la maison. Poignées de portes impossibles à ouvrir pour les enfants. Plusieurs détails qui rendent le prix un peu élevé.

Un magnifique séjour en famille dans le Gîte. La localisation est parfaite : au calme tout en étant proche des zones touristiques (Dinard, Saint Malo, Dinan)…Le gîte est bien équipé et le jardin frôle la perfection : entièrement clos, ombragé avec des arbres : idéal avec des enfants (et un chien)Les chambres sont confortables. Le propriétaire est très accompagnant et sympathique. La communication est simple et fluide. Bref : pas d’hésitation ! À recommander !

Séjour annulé pour non respect des prestations confirmées lors de la réservation.

Annonce de l'"hôte" qu'il ne respecte finalement pas son engagement sur prestations (après période d'annulation sans frais), 4 jours avant la date de réservation. Aucune réponse à ma demande d'annulation et de remboursement à ce jour et ce malgré de nombreuses démarches auprès de l'hôte et d'Abritel.
