The large bright living room, the fully equipped American kitchen and the panoramic terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of the sea



This magnificent villa of 350 m² can accommodate up to 10 people. Located in a quiet neighborhood of Punaauia



She has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 king-size beds and a double sofa bed. It also has 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers and 1 with a bathtub. Bed linens are provided.



The American kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), will allow you to prepare your meals. A barbecue is also at your disposal in the garden.



You will be able to enjoy the private pool with sea views and landscaped garden. Leisure facilities (ping-pong table, billiards) are also available. A terrace and balcony complete the outdoor spaces.



A private covered parking lot with 5 spaces is at your disposal, including one covered garage with a charging station for hybrid cars.



Ideal for families as we provide 1 playpen and 2 baby booster seats, couples or groups of friends, this villa will offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay in Tahiti.

Any reservation is mandatory subject to unrestricted acceptance of our general terms and conditions visible on our Stayinn.Vacations site by clicking on general conditions.



The security deposit is mandatory and must be paid no later than forty-eight (48) hours before arrival and check-in. Failing this, access to the accommodation may be refused and the reservation will not be refunded.



It can be paid by bank transfer, check in XPF, credit card or cash, remotely or in our offices in Tahiti.

For payments by check or cash, the deposit is not cashed, except in case of damages or fees attributable to the traveler. In the absence of loss, it is returned after deduction of any degradation found after verification during check-out, within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days. A refund by bank transfer can be made upon request.

We had a rather big problem when getting to the property that the owner had changed the lockbox code the previous day and not told the property manager. So our group of eight were stuck outside at 2 am wondering what we were doing wrong. The spare key had also been removed so there was simply no way in. We taxied back to the airport and waited for a response from the hotline. Stay-In were very quick to respond and apologise and seek a refund for the night we missed and the extra taxi fares (haven't seen that yet though). Overall the property was beautiful. There are some serious issues with the shower drainage which we have mentioned. Things like handsoap and towels were in short supply, and beware of the extra charge for power if you use too much. Other than that, this property is gorgeous. The beds are firm, which I like, the view is spectacular, and there is enough space to spread out if you are a large group. Getting to the property is fairly easy once you know your way around and is not far from the airport or town.

Belle maison, beau point de vue!!!

Nous avons aimé la maison et le point de vue Par contre, le plan que l’on nous a donné indiquait la route de l’aéroport malgré le fait que nous avions mentionné que nous venions du port. Fait quelques appels pour nous aider à retrouver le bon chemin et la réponse que l’on a eu, je sais pas où elle se trouve……suivez le plan…..je m’attendais à plus !!! Pour ce qui est de la maison, il manquait de la literie pour les lits, de la vaisselle vu que l’on était un groupe de 8. Mais l’endroit était magnifique pour le point de vue, surtout que nous n’étions pas seuls dans la maison……des fourmis un peu partout, même dans un lit…..
