Come stay in this ideally located apartment, right on the beachfront, offering stunning sea views in a quiet setting, just steps away from the beach, shops, and the center of Le Grau du Roi. This apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and offers a great setting for a family or friends vacation.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area with a dining table and a comfortable lounge with a TV. The sunny terrace offers a fantastic view of the sea. The first bedroom has three single beds, while the second bedroom has a double bed. A private parking space is also available for your convenience.

A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the booking. Any additional request will be charged: €25 including tax for a double bed (2 persons) or €15 including tax for a single bed (1 person). Basic products provided except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
