Come relax, spend quality time with your kids and grandkids, and soak up the warm Florida sunshine!

This exciting large open home features 4 king master bedrooms (3 on the ground level), each with private baths and TVs. 3 kids themed bedrooms feature enchanting decor and beds as well as built-in closet shelving and themed bath rooms. A stroller, high chairs, crib, pack n play and baby gates are provided.

The large gourmet kitchen in the center of the home is fully equipped and allows you to prepare any type food for both indoor our outdoor dining. There is also an outdoor gas grill for barbecuing. The outdoor screened area features a heated pool with FREE pool heat, baby pool, splash pad and hot tub, as well as dining tables and lounge chairs for you to enjoy the fabulous Florida weather. A themed home theater with 10 theater-style chairs and an 80-inch smart TV provides the ideal place for family movies. Finally, a fully equipped laundry room with makes your stay a pleasure.

The home is located in Formosa Gardens Estates, a quiet, secure, gated and walled community of upscale homes located only 3 miles from Walt Disney World. In addition, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies and a walk-in clinic are within minutes of this enchanting escape.

Our family of 12 had a wonderful time at the house. It was spacious with lots of room for everyone to relax! Kids loved the pool and splash pad . The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans!

Our family of 11 stayed at this property and absolutely loved it. Our kiddos loved the pool, hot tub, kidde pool and splash pad. Loved all the beach towels and the movie room! We watched a family movie every night. The location was perfect. We will be back for sure!

Such a wonderful property for a family with children! Everyone enjoyed their stay and all the amenities. Very close to Disney World and the perfect location for shopping, food, and other services. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this property. The home provided plenty of room for our family of 10. The pool and hot tub were a welcome retreat after long days at Disney. Everyone enjoyed their own bathroom and this made it easy for everyone to get ready in the mornings. Would definitely recommend this property.

Best vacation ever. Best rental in Disney area ever. Super clean and lay out was the best. Plenty of rooms to accommodate two even 3 families. The pool with waterfall and hot tub fantastic and I can’t express enough how much fun it was to watch the children in the splash pad.Shops and restaurants only 2 blocks away what a treat and Disney only a few miles easy in and out. Host and manager always available to answer questions and needs.Gated and very safe community. Looking for everything this is it. Thank you again David and families

This house was wonderful for our family of 13. Adults and kids were pleasantly surprised that the house was just as described. We enjoyed the theater room and used the pool daily. The drive to the Disney parks was easy and we were there in minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was fantastic. It had everything we could have wanted and was very convenient to Disney world. We were a little farther from Universal parks, but still under 40 minutes. I would 100% stay here again.

Our host was great with communicating everything we needed to know that made our stay fantastic! The property was phenomenal. Everything was ideal! My wife and hosted our family of 10 (six adults and four children) and the house was perfect. The theming was great and the owner was wonderful, responding immediately to any questions that I had. The hot tub was hot and the pool was warm. We used all floors of the house and since there was a separate A/C system for the second room, everyone stayed cool and comfortable (this is huge since in the Florida heat, many properties cannot keep the second floor bedrooms cool…we have experienced it!) The location is fantastic and since it’s a gated community, no thru traffic coming by. I highly recommend this property for your vacation!

Family vacation

Wonderful property and a great location minutes from Disney. My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and movie theater. Would definitely recommend this house. The outside pool area is also great.

We had a great stay at this house! This is our second time staying here and will be booking it again for next year. We ran into a small issue which the property manager was super quick to get out and fix. Would recommend this house to everyone!
