Detached single-story house in a large enclosed garden, in a residence - Quiet area - Walking (or cycling) path nearby to access the village of Noirmoutier - Approximately 52 m2 - Comprising a living room with a sitting area, fitted kitchen area - One bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a closet - A second bedroom with a 140 cm bed with a closet - Washing machine, microwave, small flat-screen TV - Garden furniture, parasol, barbecue & two deckchairs - Parking for one car next to the property near the boundary wall - Small pets allowed - Cleaning service available: âŹ87. On the island of Noirmoutier, you can go at low tide to the Gois passage. Fish for clams and cockles. Taste all the seafood, fish and the famous new potato, the "Bonnotte" depending on the season. Several pine and holm oak forests are located in 3 places on the island by the sea. In Barbùtre and La GuériniÚre, pine forests and the holm oak forest in the north of the island, Plage des Dames, at Bois de la Chaize.
Enjoy the Aquatic Park with your family. You can also relax on our beautiful sandy beaches, take long bike rides on our many cycle paths. And, if you want to get off the island and spend a day in one of the big cities in France, Nantes is 1 hour away.
And, the African Safari is on the road to Nantes.
