Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers this 25 m² air-conditioned cottage with shared pool for rent in Solliès-Toucas. It sleeps up to 4 people. It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 15 m² terrace. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- An 18 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 x200)
- A shower room with shower and WC

Outside :
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- Unheated outdoor pool with paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, weather permitting).
- 250 m² wellness area (sauna, hammam) open from June to September (fee payable)

The house is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the cottage's private parking space (1 car) and free parking is available inside the estate.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Solliès-Pont, about 5 minutes' drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about 25 minutes away by car

- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet per stay.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Non-contractual opening dates (pool/wellness area) and subject to weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. You may be asked to pay a flat-rate supplement
