The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this air-conditioned chalet for rent in Solliès-Toucas, located in a wooded residence with a swimming pool. It has a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of a 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, etc.
- Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: 1 single bed and 1 raised bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- 15 m² covered terrace facing southwest with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- Shared swimming pool within the residence, heated and open from late April to October

The chalet is ideally located in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Hiking in the Sainte-Baume and Sainte-Victoire mountains
- Swimming in the river (the Gapeau) just a few minutes away

- Solliès-Pont TER train station: 10 min by car, with connections to Toulon, Marseille, Nice, etc.
- Toulon TGV station: about 20 minutes by car
- Quick access to the highway: a few minutes away (A57 exit Solliès-Toucas)
- Bus stop nearby: regular connections to neighboring towns and Toulon
- Marseille-Provence Airport (Marignane): about 1 hour and 10 minutes by car
