A grocery store, bike rental, beach chair rental, bistros (breakfast options) and restaurants, as well as the bus stop are located in the immediate vicinity.

The charming small apartment is located on the second floor of the house built in 1996 directly on the beach promenade of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf and is suitable for up to 3 people. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, a dining area and a kitchenette. For the 3 person is a fold-out guest bed available. The floor-to-ceiling windows with the adjoining balcony invite you to enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. The bathroom is equipped with shower / WC and a washing machine. Hier hat jemand eine Einnahmequelle in die nichts investiert wird

In die Jahre gekommenes Mobiliar, gesammtes Appartement bräuchte eine Grundreinigung; Wlan im Haus verfügbar, aber nicht für diese Wohnung. Da will sich wohl jemand ~3€ anteilige Kosten sparen. Nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
