Twenty-three beautiful apartments (completed in 1998), each with cozy, individually designed interiors, look forward to your visit. Villa Margot is just 50 meters from the beach and the promenade and is also an ideal starting point for exploring the imperial spas as well as the inland region, rich in forests and lakes. There is beach access right in front of the building.



VM 19:

This modern and lovingly furnished two-room apartment features a balcony offering charming views of the sea and the nearby pier. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic view of the sea, beach, and promenade. The bedroom, located on the upper level of the maisonette apartment, features a comfortable double bed. You can access the open-concept tower room via a staircase. The living room includes a sofa bed for a third person. The apartment also features a separate kitchen. Pets are welcome.




This apartment has a designated parking space in the underground garage’s parking system (for cars up to a maximum height of 1.50 m and length of 5.00 m).
