Beautiful 4 -bedroom home only 6-10 minutes from downtown depending on traffic. Quick Uber/Lyft ride into town. Can see the Nashville skyline from the driveway. Guest loves staying here. Comfortable beds. Enough room for the entire family and perfect for small gatherings.
Conveniently located 5 miles from the heart of downtown. Calming view of the Nashville Skyline at night from the driveway. 3 bedrooms and bonus room with living room suite. 2 1/2 bath with full bath in Master w/ Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. You have the entire house to yourself.

Spacious 3-4bedroom home with bonus room used for extra sleeping space. There is a full kitchen, 1 king size bed in master bedroom, 1 full size bed in bedroom, and a full bed in bedroom 3, and king size bed plus couch in bonus room. 2 full baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs.

If you are wanting a comfortable stay, good sleep, minutes from downtown, and cost-effective place to stay book with us. GOOD VIBES ONLY!!!!

Perfect location

House was BEAUTIFUL!!! And was everything our family needed. Had minor complaints that did not affect our stay: driveway was steep and curved which made unloading and loading a toddler difficult but doable, and grass was not mowed which wasn’t a big deal for us. Other than that it was a 10/10 experience. Host responded quick as well!!

Perfect for families

There were some small items - toaster and kettle not there which are handy to have, however we made do and the location and space was perfect for us.Our confirmation email from stayz indicated we would receive further information a few days prior. Which we didn’t, however the once contact the host she was amazing and responsive

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

We had 9 gals all stay at this amazing house for my bachelorette and it was incredible. The location was top notch, the amenities were spectacular, and there were plenty of beds for all of us to be comfy! 10/10 recommend and will be staying here again if ever back in Nashville

Close stay to downtown Nashville!

Perfect place for a group of friends to stay! We ubered back and forth to downtown very easily, only 10 min away. Check in process and communication with property manager was great!

Great stay!

The house was exactly as described. Check in was a breeze, and LaTamara was very responsive to any messages I sent. It was very convenient to get downtown quickly. I would definitely recommend, and would stay again!

Nashville visit

In a neighborhood with noise all night….racing cars, police sirens. Photos on website not reflective of property. Steep driveway. Bed in upstairs ‘bonus room’ like it’s shredding….particularly unsatisfactory. House much smaller than photos suggest. Not particularly clean. I was disappointed.
