We are so glad we came to this house. When we booked there were no reviews because the owners have recently opened the property for rental. Do not be put off by the lack of reviews - this is an excellent new addition and we would definitely come back again!We are a family of four, and our children are 9 and 11. This house was a perfect size for us, but it could easily have managed another four people. The kitchen was well equipped to cook family meals, with a huge table in the conservatory. The back garden was quiet and sheltered from the wind, and there is plenty of space to enjoy sunshine. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, tidy and modern. We stayed in summer, and the house was cool on hot days.Parking was easy and the large garage was very convenient for storing our bicycles. We enjoyed several rides from the house, of differing levels of challenge. The EV4 route passes very near the house, which is away from busy roads and allows easy exploring between the 2 caps.The house is an easy walk to the centre of Wissant, the beach, and local nature reserves with many bird hides. The house is in a quiet residential street without traffic, and there is a table tennis table just across the road. There is a weekly market in Wissant and the local Spar is well stocked (especially good for the local beers!)Wissant is very well located from the UK - it’s only 20 minutes from the ferry port and Belgium is close too We loved coming to this house and we can’t wait to come back!
