You enter a cathedral living room (dining room, kitchen) opening on the right onto a terrace (sea view on the Almanarre beach) and on the left onto a terrace with swimming pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave.
The living room has a TV and is air-conditioned.

Then a corridor leads to the night area:
- 1 master bedroom with double bed 160*200 and private bathroom (integrated toilet)
- 2 bedrooms with double bed 140*200
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90*200
The 4 bedrooms open onto a terrace (2 with pool view, 2 with sea view)

- The main terrace has a table and chairs for eating outside

- A large snail swimming pool 7m in diameter and 2m deep with beach

Included in the price are household linen (duvet covers, pillowcases, duvets and bed pads), as well as shower towels.

In order to keep your home pleasant, a swimming pool builder and a gardener can go on site for maintenance.
