You will be on your own in this typical house dating back from the XIIIth century, icon of the town and probably the most photographed, but offering modern comfort.
We propose the entire 1st floor, about 150 square meters, which includes a large bedroom next to a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a lounge.
The bathroom is equipped with a sofa convertible into a good quality bed (140x200cm) and with a television.
The lounge includes a recess in which we put a 90x190 bed.
In the kitchen we provide a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, a classic coffee machine, a gas cooker, 2 electric ovens and a micro-wave oven.
From this kitchen, you will have access to the large and quiet terrasse that you will find furnished with a lounge, a dining corner and a barbecue. On the other side of the house there is a smaller terrasse over the town main square where local products are sold on market days.
Our tarriff includes dishes, plates, glasses, cuttlery, bed linen, bath towels as well and an iron and an ironing table. House cleaning is also included.
A large car park waits for your car 5 minutes walk away.
The house is ideal to enjoy the numerous shops and restaurants of the nice town. You will also be able to visit the surroundings: the renowned vineyards, the famous "bastides", the impressive fortresses, Albi (20km) and Toulouse (60km).
Above 2-3 travellers, you will find on Abritel the same house, but with the 2nd floor which can accommodate 8 more people in 4 large bedrooms.
