Excellent location close to amenities. Clean and tidy. Fantastic view of the canal with passing ships.We were a little concerned about the wear an tear of the property and whether we would be charged for some existing damage . Overall though we were very happy there.

La situation géographique permet d etre rapidement au centre ville. Appartement tres bien équipé spacieux et confortable.

Chambre: pas d’aleze sur 3 lits et le radiateur de la chambre a deux lits , prise de courant dangereuse donc nous ne l’avons pas allumé Communication inexistante avec la conciergerieBeaucoup de choses qui n’allait pas dans l’état des lieux ,aucune nouvelle d’eux pendant le séjourCuisine : four sale , lave vaisselle voyant rinçage et sel allumé dès la première utilisation , vaisselle à relaver pour s’en servir tellement elle était sale et nous n’avons pas tout lavé…, cafetière complètement entartrée , 4 h pour avoir une demi cafetière….Ménage sol plus que limite.On nous a demandé d’éteindre les chauffages sauf dans la salle de vie en partant , le mettre à 18 , ce que l’on a fait. Seulement à notre arrivée , aucun chauffage d’allumé.Pour le jardin , pour un jardin privatif , c’est plutôt une pelouse pas entretenue et enfouie dans un rez de jardin avec une hauteur de haies monumentaleSinon situation de l’appartement impeccable , agréable de voir les bateaux
