The Clos Montfort is a real corner of paradise in a quiet area for lovers of the Normandy bocage.
1h45 from Paris and 20 minutes from the Planches de Deauville, this large traditional house of the Pays d'Auge, all slates, terracotta tiles and half-timbering, is surrounded by pastures where horses graze. Ideal for families who love nature. Magnificent view of the hills, large brick terrace overlooking a cheerful garden and a beautiful 11x4m heated swimming pool. Aperitifs around the pool, lunches next to the barbecue, evenings by the fire. Happiness!
Numerous play areas for children, giant trampoline, doll's house, ping-pong table, football field, table football, board games, books and comics.
Numerous walks, bike rides, horseback riding (equestrian center 5 minutes), golf courses, gourmet restaurants less than 20 minutes away, superb Cerza zoo 5 minutes away, shops 7 minutes away, train station and hospital 10 minutes away, Pont l'évêque 15 minutes away. Beaches 20 minutes away.
The house is comfortable and well heated. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made. Crockery, kitchen utensils, appliances, nothing is missing for a successful stay.
Our pet friends are welcome at no extra cost. Possibility to put horses out to pasture.
