Newly renovated kitchen and updated bathrooms for 2025!

This Comfortably Furnished Two Bedroom Two Bath Condo is centrally located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Open floor plan with living and dining adjacent to a screened in porch.

The community is within an easy drive to bay or ocean beaches, great shopping, and a variety of restaurants that are sure to please everyone.

After a long Day on the Beach, relax in the shade on the Screened Porch or enjoy a Dip in the Community Pool which is just a few steps from the unit.

Dog Friendly with non-refundable fee and signed addendum (1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner) Ask your agent for details

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Great place and location

Really nice charming place and perfect for a family of 4 or 5. Had everything we needed and even extras like a bike and a cot and all the linens. Would definitely stay there again. Close to all the beaches and the ferry to Cape May.

Clean place, generally as described. Lots of scented candles in this condo so note this if scents are a concern (allergy, asthma). Basics in the kitchen for light food prep. First floor unit which was ideal for our small dog. Nearby pet grass area nearby. Like other condos, noise from adjacent condos is a consideration. Property management business is A … very responsive and easy check in/out. Overall, unit is well cared for and a decent place to stay along US 1 while in the area.

July 4th in Lewes

We enjoyed our stay, especially pool time. The location is great, convenient. We enjoyed walking over to Bethany Blues for dinner. There was no internet or cable which would have been nice during our downtime, it wasn’t working.

A really nice condo with a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We needed a place to rent for a month after we sold our house in NJ and waiting for our new home to be ready in Delaware. Being on the first floor with the dog was very convenient, the condo was beautifully done and very clean, had everything we needed and had a great area where we could walk the dog. The condo was perfect for us and our dog and I'd highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay.

Great layout in a great location. The only problem was there was too much stuff. It made the place seemed cramped. It was unnecessary decorative stuff. Also there were no closets available to hang any clothes in. They had closets that were locked. It was close and convenient and gear outdoor area for walking your dog. I would come back if they would get rid of a few of the decorations that were taking up all the space.

Place was nice. The one thing I didn’t like was having to go thru a realtor. I wanted to rent using VRBO. If I wanted to go thru a realtor I would have gone directly to their site. That aside the place was nice and convenient to a lot of places.

The owners thought of everything. We would love to come back.

We stayed for a week and would love to reserve for next year. This Condo melds form with function. It is perfectly suited for an active family with a 10 year old daughter and an energetic golden doodle. The property has so many thoughtful touches and is artistically decorated without feeling fragile. The screened porch provides a calming reading area. We all enjoyed swimming in the community pool and rinsing off after our rides in the pool shower. All the neighbors were polite and helpful. The kitchen was fully supplied with cookware. No lack of storage for our food, beach gear and bikes. Thank you and hope to visit the Villa again in the near future.

The AC broke but the management office handled that as best they could. The property would be great with some updates. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom would have been nice. The pool being so close to the condo was so convenient.

I was very happy with the ease of traveling to Cape Henlopen from this condo. If more than 2 people would try to stay there, I believe it would be very cramped. Kitchen is small. There is a noise factor in the second bedroom. You hear everyone running up the steps. Luckily, it was quiet when trying to sleep.
