Great location, perfect for what what we needed

Our stay was exactly what we needed it for. we were there for a baseball tournament for my son and this was much better then staying in a hotel. Kitchen had all we needed, location and laundry across was huge. Super easy to get to stores, restaurants and mall. David was a great to communicate with.

Great for East Cobb baseball events

The apartment is very comfortable, the owner great about answering questions, it is convenient to shopping, and about 35 minutes from the East Cobb baseball complex. This is a great alternative to hotel / restaurant life during tournaments, allowing you to eat healthy from your own kitchen, at your own timing. Where else can you wash kid’s uniform while you eat dinner, and move it to the dryer before dessert? All the while, re-freezing your ice packs for the long trip home. Oh - and Junior has his own bedroom.

Got the job done

Pros: Good amount of space, nice big beds, little noise from neighbors, close parking. Good if you won't be spending much time there. Cons: Cold lighting, little decoration, few eating utensils and dishes, tiny TVs, plastic chairs on a dirty balcony, moldy washer, hair in bathroom drains, only body wash in showers, not stocked with laundry supplies, barely any toilet paper, no filtered water, had to search for towels, had to request address and instructions day-of. Expected better for the price.

Those were a lot of things to think about. The 65 inch TV in the living room is our biggest tv and smaller ones in the bedrooms. We usually have stays of at least 30 days or more, so to hear the complaints you have stated for such a short stay surprises me. There are towels along with every cleaning supply you can think of in the utility closet. That’s basically a brand new unit new everything. Our new house keeper now wears a hair net now thanks again
