Stay in a charming and character-filled Denver home in one of the city’s most vibrant historic neighborhoods. Just minutes from downtown, the Convention Center, Coors Field, Ball Arena, RiNo, Meow Wolf, and some of Denver’s best dining, coffee, and shopping.

The home offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a cozy front patio perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

Please note: there is a separate private residence located in the rear addition of the property. Guests have exclusive private use of the main home and front patio during their stay.

Lincoln Park is my favorite neighborhood in Denver. I love the unique historic homes, tree-lined streets, and proximity to downtown and the arts district. There is a unique sense of community here as well - I actually know my neighbors and enjoy street parties and chili cook-offs throughout the year.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This unique property was built in 1887 and I fell in love with it the first time I saw it. It was bland and uninspiring at the time, but the huge arched window, high ceilings, and hardwood floors drew me in and I spent the next year refinishing the hardwood floors, painting the whole house, and curating a collection of vintage furniture to give it just the right look and feel. I hope you can feel all of the love that went into this home and enjoy it just as much as I do.
