About this property

100 m² town house with private pool, 2 steps from the tramway

I rent my shop which is ideally located in a quiet area at the gates of Bordeaux and a few minutes from tram B (St Genès station). With a surface area of about 100m2, it can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms and an independent room at the bottom of the garden. Close to all amenities, facing south, easy to live in, it is an ideal house to enjoy Bordeaux and its surroundings this summer!

Lovely house in safe, welcoming neighborhood

Quiet neighborhood near public transportation. Easy walk to grocery store as well. Has well-stocked kitchen/pantry and all the modern conveniences. Welcoming, responsive host.
