- 3 bedrooms with TVs, queen-size beds, and closets

- 2 shower rooms with WC

- upstairs, with independent access, a bedroom with shower and WC, 160cm bed and TV

The villa is fully air-conditioned.



A 5x2m swimming pool with terrace completes the property.

2 electric bikes will be available during your stay.



The villa is a 5-minute walk from the Port de La Rague, between Theoule and La Napoule, where you can rent a boat, jet ski, and other watercraft, enjoy the magnificent beaches in the Bay of Cannes, and savor delicious dishes in excellent restaurants.

You can also walk to the center of Theoule and La Napoule villages to access the shops and other renowned restaurants, bars, and beaches in the region.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire property; be aware there are stairs before you reach the house entrance.

Once you're there, everything is on one level.

You can easily park in reserved spaces at the bottom of the property.
