House in the village of Balzac and Calder in the heart of the Loire castles

Very cool house that protects you from the heat. It is located on the village square. You can visit all the castles of the Loire, the museums, the troglodite houses and all the specificities of the region. You can taste the good wines of Touraine, the pear tapée, the restoration of the terroir (12th century inn next to the house). The luminosity of Touraine is conducive to lovers of painting and watercolor.
Admission is autonomous, arrival is free. The terrace, the garden and the heated swimming pool are at the back of the house.

On the first floor: bedroom with 1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90 + bathroom and toilet
