Welcome to Prémanon, in the 43m² apartment of our chalet, nestled in the heart of the Jura Mountains, in a private cul-de-sac ensuring peace and serenity.
An idyllic setting for a family vacation, combining authenticity and comfort, with a capacity of 4 to 6 people (including children and babies).

The Accommodation

No matter the season, enjoy a wide range of activities nearby:

✅ Winter: Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing (less than 1 km), snowshoeing trails starting from the chalet, ice rink, and toboggan run in the village center.
✅ Summer: Hiking from the chalet, mountain biking, water activities, discovery of Jura lakes and waterfalls.
✅ All year long: Forest walks, visit to the Rousses resort and its surroundings.
✅ Shuttle at 100m: Ski bus in winter/summer to reach the slopes and points of interest.
✅ Supermarket at 3 min by car in the village center, shops in Les Rousses at 8 min by car.

43m² Independent Apartment:
• Living room with open kitchen, sofa bed (160x200 cm), TV (Orange box), Wifi (fiber), large bay window with access to the exterior.
• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, raclette and crepe maker).
• Shower room, washing machine, towel dryer.
• Separate WC.
• Large bedroom with: 1 double bed (140x190 cm) and a bunk bed (90x190 cm), storage, pillows 60x60 cm.

• 900m² outdoor space, south-facing terrace with table and chairs.
• Private parking (4 cars, 2 under a carport, shared with the chalet).

Access to the Chalet
(7 to 9 people), accessible from the apartment via a soundproof door leading to the chalet’s pantry. It can be rented separately or, upon request, with the apartment (total capacity of 12 people comfortably, but 15 sleeping places in total).

🧑‍💼 A dedicated concierge will be present to welcome you upon your arrival and departure. They will take the time to explain all the chalet’s features so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

🔹 Access via an outdoor staircase: It may be slippery with snow in winter.
🔹 Parking and stairs are cleared of snow upon arrival, but not maintained during the stay (snow shovel available).

🔹 Please note that pets are unfortunately not allowed in the accommodation.
