Your holiday rental is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: • A fully equipped kitchen with a central island, opening onto the dining room with a wood-burning stove • A living room • A shower room • A separate toilet • A laundry room Upstairs, accessible via the stairs from the living room: • An open bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed (for 1 person) • A small bedroom with a 90 x 200 cm bed Upstairs, accessible via the stairs from the kitchen: • A bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed • A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed Outside: • A relaxation area with garden furniture and a table, overlooking a lawn with trees and flowers • Across the small road, a second garden with a lawn is also available • Two private parking spaces reserved in front of the cottage. A beautiful country house whose decor has been completely redesigned by the owner with taste and great care. The furniture and armchairs have been restyled to create a harmonious atmosphere, blending old-world charm with contemporary comfort. From the moment you arrive, you will feel immediately at ease. The unique feature of this rental is its two sleeping areas, accessible by two separate staircases, offering comfort and privacy. The two gardens, filled with flowers and trees, invite you to relax, read a good novel, or simply unwind in nature. For those who enjoy exploring, the region abounds with must-see sites: the beaches of Plestin-les-Grèves are just 10 km away, the Valley of the Saints is 32 km away, and the magnificent Pink Granite Coast, a jewel of the Côtes-d'Armor, is 31 km away.
