A safety gate at the top of the stairs is available for young children. High chair and travel cot are available free of charge upon request. There's no pool here for parents' peace of mind, but a former workshop converted into a large playroom for various ages (babies, children, teens, and adults) with direct access from the living room. Adjoining the owners' property, the cottage offers a large living room, equipped kitchen, toilet, and laundry room. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a sink (2 queen-size beds and 2 single beds). Aqualand Agen and Walligator are about 20 minutes away. Nearby, Malbentre swimming pool, caves.
