Cocoonr offers you the Villa Madeleine to rent in Gujan-Mestras for a dream holiday with family or friends. You can take advantage of its large sunny terrace overlooking the swimming pool (5x2), and set off to conquer all the wonders of the Basin!
With a surface area of 130 m², the house can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

The villa has been designed so that everyone can relax and make the most of their holiday!

The accommodation is arranged as follows:
- A beautiful living room with lounge and dining area, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace and sunny garden.
- A functional open-plan kitchen with a central island allows you to prepare your best specialities, and to relax in the lounge area with sofas and TV.
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed 140x200
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed 140x200
- Two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower
- Separate WC
- Bedroom 3: Master suite with king-size bed (180x200), large dressing room and shower room with walk-in shower and WC

The entire villa is equipped with electric shutters.

Outside:
The terrace awaits you with table and plancha to enjoy the days and evenings with family or friends! The garden and sun loungers around the pool are waiting for you!

Villa Madeleine is managed by Cocoonr Arcachon. You will have free wifi access. You'll be welcomed on site by our team, who'll give you the keys and tell you all about what there is to see and do in our beautiful region! Bed linen and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels. Your beds will be made for your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we supply a few coffee capsules, various types of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper and shower gel.

- Typical market in La Teste on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, the covered market, but also many market gardeners outside, organic produce, cheese from the Pyrenees, preserves, foie gras, shoes, clothes, etc., guaranteed atmosphere, with a glass of white wine or coffee at the end.
- Arcachon's famous covered market
- Dune du Pyla 9 km away - Andernos-les-Bains 40 km away (53 minutes by car)
- Bordeaux 66 km away (50 minutes by car)

Public transport :
- La Hume station 10 minutes' drive away, hourly trains to Bordeaux, 40-minute journey
- Arcachon station 6 km away
- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way.
You can visit Le Moulleau (beautiful church and viewpoint over the basin, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, etc.) or take the Dune Express bus which will take you directly there.
- Bordeaux airport 65 km away (52 min by car)

Located in Gujan, local shops (grocery, butcher, baker), restaurants, oyster tasting at the port with its famous huts, cycle paths, the station is less than 15 minutes away, as is the beach.

Entertainment:
It's hard to choose between the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon! You can take advantage of all its attractions, discovering the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with an unbeatable view over the Basin! The little train opposite the Arcachon tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview of the town! At lunchtime, treat yourself to an oyster tasting session in one of the Bassin's oyster-farming ports - the port of Gujan is waiting for you - or at the market in La Teste or Arcachon (bring a container if you want them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pilat! If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty in Arcachon to Cap Ferret (it's best to book online), Ile aux Oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! Cruise down the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or take your kayak out on your own!
