Comfortable family home 100m from the beach in a quiet area with terrace to the south in a large landscaped garden and out of sight of the neighbors.
A house inhabited all year round by its owner who entrusts it to you for 2 weeks during her holidays.

A large entrance gives access to:
- A triple living room (two living rooms, one of which opens onto the terrace, a dining room)
- A spacious kitchen with table for 4 to 5 people

In the extension of the entrance, a corridor leads to the Bedrooms:
- 2 on a south-facing terrace with French windows (11m2 each)
- 1 facing west, beautiful lighting at sunset and view of the olive tree (12 m2)
- 1 facing east, beautiful sunrises. (9m2)

Each bedroom is equipped with two beds that can make a large double, after being connected.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels)

A bathroom (two sinks, Italian shower), a separate shower cubicle, two toilets.

Access to the entire villa, the terrace and the garden with the exception of an office room and two outbuildings exterior.

This is my main residence, it will have the soul of a family home and all the comfort and equipment of a house inhabited all year round (household appliances, Wi-Fi, garden furniture and barbecue...).

Unfortunately, pets are not available.
