Grande maison avec 3 chambres(dont une sous les toits un peu «sportive» au niveau accès ), très bien pour trois couples Finitions et qualité globale (matelas notamment) à optimiserGalère pour se garer autour de la maison(plusieurs parkings mais TROP souvent pleins !)Maison TROP sombre !Il vaudrait mieux une douche à l’italienne qu’une baignoire à jets dans la salle de bains 2 WC dont un en bas dans le salon , bonne idée !Grand salon/salle à manger avec 2 grands canapés devant la TV, très bienUn léger manque de matériel de cuisine (pour 6 je précise) MAIS lave-vaisselle bien utile !

Logement avec des points forts et des points faibles. Équipements à améliorer renouveller entretenir (casserole four wifi canalisation) . Le 2eme étage est très chaud en été sous les combles ! Logement situé sous le clocher de l'église certes charmant mais énormes bruits de cloche dès 7h le matin. Dur dur pour les enfants aussi. Cependant Une situation géographique intéressante dans un village tout proche de Clermont et des points clés de la découverte de la région. Grands espaces.
