You'll appreciate the exceptional location on Guidel-Plages' famous pedestrian promenade, facing the ocean. Everything is less than 5/10 minutes' walk away.
Explore the 2 fabulous coastal running trails or explore the laïta by paddle, canoe or on foot from the apartment. Nearby, the Guidel-Plages marina and Ploemeur golf course. For gourmets, there are numerous restaurants nearby, offering seafood and local cuisine.
The residence has a communal swimming pool, heated from June to September.
