A separate powder room and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.
A fully equipped kitchenette (oven, extractor hood, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave).
A tastefully decorated living room opening onto a spacious balcony with magnificent views of the beach, equipped with garden furniture.
Enjoy the proximity of water sports and shops. A parking space is available.
