This country house near the beaches of the Vendée coastline is ideal for relaxing with family or friends, numerous beaches nearby.
House on two levels consisting of 3 bedrooms.
The entire house is at your disposal with numerous storage spaces.
Household and toilet linen is provided, beds made upon your arrival.

Ground floor
- Living room - Lounge, Television, free wifi, double-sided fireplace
- Perfectly equipped and functional kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, gas hobs, oven, microwave and many household electrical appliances.
- Separate toilet
- Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed
- Bedroom 2: 140 cm bed and TV
- Bathroom with bathtub and shower, washing machine and tumble dryer
Floor:
- Room 3: a 140 cm bed
Exterior:
- 3500m² of land
- Terrace with table, chairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue
- Heated swimming pool, fully enclosed, outdoor shower, sun loungers
