Great location right off Mass

This house has 3 bedrooms- two bedrooms and a full bath on the main level, and a full master suite with jetted tub upstairs. And open floor plan in the living room and kitchen makes a great space to entertain or just enjoy relaxing. Parking off the alley on the east side of the house along with plenty of street parking.
It has a lot of charm and beautiful wood throughout. It is an older home with some quirks- narrow stairs up to the master suite. The neighbors have a fence, our yard is not fenced in just partial on the sides.

Great location. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants.

Easy check in & out process. LOVED the upstairs bathtub! Kitchen provided everything you need or could even want. There were several extras and small touches throughout the house that made all the difference. Would definitely stay again!

The house was exactly like the pictures and super close to KU and Mass street. However, when we checked in the house was not cleaned and bedding was on the floor. Honest mistake, cleaning fee was refunded. The owner responded 12 hrs later as she was in Italy. We left for a few hours while the cleaner came but the blankets from the floors used by the previous guests were put back onto the beds, there wasn’t time to wash them. These blankets were not clean and had hair and fuzz from the floors on them. There were fake nails behind a mirror and toothpaste all in the sink. Great location, Horrible cleaners.

Great Stay

It was a great stay! Anything we needed it was there Kim was super duper nice and helpful! And the jetted bathtub was amazing! Will def stay there for future stays it was a great time!

Great for football weekend getaway!

We stayed here for the KU/KState football game, and it was a great spot to crash after the game and going to Mass Street. Very close walk to Mass Street, and walkable to the stadium as well.
