Great Apartment

Quiet and elegant accommodation of 60 m² with terrace overlooking a flowery and wooded garden with a green and hilly panorama whose horizon is several kilometers away.
Every evening the sunsets are unique and magnificent.
Municipal tennis court at 200 meters as well as a bakery and a gourmet restaurant at 500 meters. From September 2025, a grocery store and a tapas bar will open 200 meters away.
For cyclists and walkers, several hiking trails possible in the countryside overlooking the Gironde estuary.
Many activities are offered in Épargnes and the surrounding area, markets with our local producers, flea markets and garage sales, several guinguettes, the Talmont peninsula 10 minutes away, the Moulin du Fâ (archaeological site) 5 minutes away, Mortagne sur Gironde, Meschers, Saint-Georges de Didonne, etc.
100 meters outside the house, we have a children's playground, picnic tables and a municipal tennis court.
For golfers, 3 golf courses 25 km away (Saintes, Royan, La Palmyre).
Our village is located 25 minutes from Royan and Saintes, 1 hour from Bordeaux and La Rochelle.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
