Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The security deposit is 30% of the rent and must be paid by bank transfer 2 days before moving in, or in cash before the keys are handed over.
The pool's water level should be checked daily and, if necessary, topped off to the middle of the skimmer.
Fire Safety Rules: 1) Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. 2) No barbecues or griddles in the garden.
