It can accommodate up to 8 holidaymakers. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a vast bright living area with lounge and dining room, a large enclosed and tree-lined garden.

The villa is ideally situated to enjoy the pleasures of Pouliguen: beach and shops within immediate proximity.

The accommodation

The house is organised around a vast bright living area. You will find a lounge space with television, as well as a large dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people around the table.



The separate kitchen is fully equipped: oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher.

It also has a dining corner with 6 seats, a staircase leads directly down to the garden, facilitating access to the outside.



In the basement (also accessible from outside), you will find a complete laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as a WC and access to the garage.



The bedrooms

On the first floor, the villa offers three comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: a King size bed (180 x 190 cm) convertible: possibility of 2 beds: 90 x 190

Bedroom 2: a Queen size bed (160 x 190 cm)

Bedroom 3 (children's bedroom) with four beds: a bunk bed, a trundle bed and a high bed (all 90 x 190 cm)

Outdoor Areas

The fully enclosed garden is a true haven of peace, ideal for enjoying fine weather in complete tranquillity. It is equipped with a large table with 8 chairs, 2 sun loungers, 2 armchairs, 2 children's deck chairs

On the terrace in front of the house: a garden lounge set with 4 seats and a coffee table, a Weber barbecue, a cantilever parasol to create a pleasant shaded area

As for parking, you have the possibility of parking one car in the garage and another in the garden.
