Gathering Place Luxury-Pool/Spa/OutdoorKitchen

Talk about Luxury! Steps from the Gathering Place, welcome to this new, modern home with a gourmet kitchen! After playing in the pool, relax in the game room or play some ping pong. The pool is heated to 75 degrees April 1-October 31 and the spa is kept at 90 degrees but guests may increase the temp. *We do not charge guests to heat spa/pool, therefore the nightly rate does not change should the spa/pool become unavailable due to extreme weather or malfunctions.

For your safety and ours, a security camera is installed in the pool and hot tub area. We respect your privacy and do not actively monitor the footage. However, for liability purposes related to the hot tub and pool, we may review recordings if an issue arises. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Chill out respite

It was a much welcomed ‘get away’ and reboot from the brutal heat, the fatiguing news and simply overload of life. The house and location was perfect, as described, clean and the kitchen was GREAT. If you like to cook in, you’ll find this will meet all of your needs, which was much appreciated. My only recommendation would be to provide an umbrella or sun shade to cover recliners. The pool was wonderful though pretty warm due to hot days, and you are basically in full sun ALL day if enjoying the pool is ‘your thing’. Nonetheless, it was marvelous!
