Any parties, gatherings, tampering with security equipment of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $1,000, and will be asked to leave immediately with no refund. The home is outfitted with Minut devices (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.

* Pool can be heated up to 85°F, upon a 48-hour notice for an additional fee of $150/night (must be heated for entire length of stay), please message if you would like this! Note: Pool is not heated if the air temp is below 50°F

* (6) security cameras record audio & videos at property facing outdoor areas only and are strictly for security reasons and to ensure guests' safety. They are not monitored unless issues arise during guest stay. The home is outfitted with Minut devices (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit.

* Indoor fireplace is decorative and closed off in the chimney, non-operational.

* Max of 7 vehicles on our driveway. No parking on the street (tow/fine by city). No vehicles in the yard ($60 citation by the City ordinance), No commercial vehicles (ie: trailers).

* Guest is solely responsible for all vehicles, belongings, and other personal property.

* Please read house rules in the rental agreement before booking. By continuing to book, you're agreeing to the rules.
