We rented the condo for "Boys fishing trip", our group was included a couple of adults and four older teenagers. The condo was very clean and more spacious then we expected. The property was easy to find and even though multiple entry codes are provided for the various areas that need to be accessed it was not as an issue. The views off the balconies were amazing. We would definitely rent again.

First time in the room and it was great! I had 2 small children and it was perfect. They really did think of everything with all the extra drying space. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Loved the heated pool! Very secure premises. Needed code to get in/out but wasn’t a hassle. Lovely condo. Loved the decor! Clean, beautiful!

Excellent management company! We stayed in Emerald Isles with a different management company in May, and it was a completely different experience. This time, all check in was through phone, so no stopping somewhere to show license and sign. All phone calls to management were answered promptly by a human and he was very helpful. The condo came with a complementary set of chairs and umbrella each day. And there was no long list of clean up duties at checkout! The unit was comfy and it had everything we needed. Minor issue, one of the big beautiful window blinds was broken, and we couldn’t raise it. Other than that,It was a wonderful experience!

The condo itself was nice - spacious living area with wonderful beach views. Maintenance projects at the property (painting) and on the beach itself (beach restoration) caused slight disruptions, but those are obviously unusual in nature. I would consider this condo again in the future.

Anniversary Trip

The condo was perfect! My wife and I stayed a week to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We then had our children come down for the weekend to celebrate with us. It was a wonderful trip!

Wonderful Stay

The property was beautiful. The corner unit views were breathtaking. The unit was very clean and had everything you needed. I did not want to leave.

Beautiful Condo & View!

My family and I have been to Pensacola for the past 8 years and this was our favorite condo that we have stayed in. The ocean view and beauty of the inside features are wonderful and we love the beach vibes! There were a couple of things that were overlooked as far as cleanliness goes but we would still enjoy renting this condo again.

Beautiful beach front condo

Listing was as advertised. Condo was clean and had beautiful beachfront views. Plenty of towels and starter sets of toiletries and dish soap. We only stayed for the weekend so it was all we needed. Easy check in and check out and easy to register our cars for parking permits. We’ll stay again!

Perfect!

Love the place for its cleanliness, safety and exclusiveness. The view was spectacular with access to the beach and the pool side so close. Never had a place where the beach umbrella and chairs were included in our stay. The early check in was unexpected and made our stay extra special as we were able to spend that day already at the beach. Love all the extra amenities inside as well like the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Definitely recommend this place over and over again!

Mom's birthday

Working with the owner prior to the trip was a joy, great communication. Too many codes and gates, frustrating. Carts for luggage very beat up. We were laying by the pool when a contractor busted glass from 7 floors up. Contractor helped residents and guests clean up glass, maintenance took nearly 2 hrs to respond, and management never responded. Elevators are moldy.

Family vacation

We loved the condo. The condo set up was perfect. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean. The fees are too high for a two night stay and we should not have to load up the dishwasher or take out the trash. At check-in, we were told we had to scan the parking pass and register the two vehicles. The system was not working. I tried it for 2 hours. It was very stressful as I was concerned about our vehicles being towed. The entrance gate was opened the entire time so people that were not staying on the property were in the pool. I was disappointed with the lack of concern about the safety of our vehicles. The gate to the beach was also left unlocked. So, it appeared to be a community beach and pool.

Amazing view

The view of the beach from the main room of the condo was so beautiful! Balcony was private with nice wooden bistro table for our lunches. Really appreciated the included beach chair rental and the condo had tubs of beach gear to use -- very handy. There were a few small maintenance issues, but overall was a very nice condo for our girls' getaway.

Amazing Family Vacation!

This was our 5th year returning to Pensacola Beach , FL for our yearly family vacation. This was our 3rd year returning to Emerald Isle. And, this was our 2nd year renting a condo managed by Premier Isle. It was the absolute best! Our condo was spacious, clean and had a gorgeous view of the ocean! God willing, we will definitely be returning : )
