The unit also features a washer and dryer for guests use. Located in a quiet , leafy neighborhood within walking distance of American University, the Metro and shopping at Friendship Heights. Plenty of free street parking available. Self check-in with a door code provided the day before arrival

I feel like a little bit more accurate review is needed. It’s a good deal for the price and location. The pictures are accurate. Be aware the bathroom is very very tight. Overall it’s clean enough. but not updated or maintained. It’s a tired space for sure. Parking was very easy. That was appreciated. On my last morning at 7am the host opened a door to the space at the top of some stairs and turned on the lights in the unit and started rummaging through items. I was asleep. I did not think or expect anyone in the space. Very very unsettling for sure and did not feel safe or secure

A brilliant stay

This property was perfect for someone like me, in town for work, who needed a home base with all the amenities of kitchen, bathroom, Wifi etc, as well as laundry, which I did not need, but is available. A great place to stay!

Beautiful neighborhood convenient to the Metro

Quiet beautiful neighborhood with a 15 walk to the Metro. Nicely stocked kitchen that made breakfast very convenient. Great value

Wonderful stay and wonderful host!!!

Elizabeth was an absolutely wonderful and caring host!!! Communication was perfect. She goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one!! She was awesome!! Now, the place: 1) The neighborhood is beautiful and safe!! 2) Parking is free and unlimited, 3) 15 min walk to the metro, 4) full kitchen, 5) washer and drier. I didn't end up using all of these amenities, but it's great to have them should you need them. The bed is super comfortable and the WIFI works great!!!I can't wait to go back!!!! Thank you, Elizabeth!!!!

Bus stop is so close

This is my third timing staying. I found the N2/N4 bus right next to the house. It is so easy to ride the bus. I can't wait to come back in January.

The property was so affordable I was afraid it might be in a sketchy area! I couldn't have been more wrong. The area was very nice. Everything we could have needed was available. Elizabeth was very pleasant and responsive. If we come visit DC again we will definitely want to stay here

Like staying at home!

It was like staying at a friends house. Laundry, netflix, kitchen, frig, microwave, clean, comfortable. I forgot something and they provided it instantly. I wish I could stay here every time I visit. Thank you so much!

Lupus Summit

Communication could have been better. It was a very small space. If you not in a relationship this is not a big enough space for two single people. If you are overweight you might not fit in the bathroom. The area could be upgraded and someone forget to sweep under the rug. It was affordable and a nice area.

Beautiful and safe location

The apartment was a basement so darker than I expected. Everything I needed was there. Comfortable bed and couch. Would’ve liked a desk or table for studying. Elizabeth was great with communication. A real bargain!
