Conveniently located in the pumpjack of Texas just on the North end of the newly developed A.Lynn RV Park, A.L. Cottages' Mesquite Cottage is a brand new beautifully decorated studio cottage featuring modern farmhouse decor and amenities.

Perfectly located just about a mile from everywhere in town! If you're missing a little bit of the city life, Wichita Falls is just a short drive away!

Living Space:
The living space is perfect for relaxation or work! We have an adjustable 50" Roku Smart TV with Guest Mode perfect for catching up on your favorite programs! High speed internet is available everywhere on the property! Rest easy on the deep set comfy chairs with ottaman! Enjoy the beautiful farmhouse furniture crafted by local artisan, A.A. Lynn Furnishings. You'll sleep soundly in our high quality queen size bed with warm, comfortable, and breathable bedding! Each window is fitting with blinds and blackout curtains for our light sensitive sleepers!

Kitchen:
Our beautiful kitchen is equipped with modern black and stainless steel appliances giving the kitchen a wonderfully clean look! Open shelving maximizes the space! Enjoy a fully stocked coffee bar with a variety of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates at any time! You don't need to bring anything from home, the kitchen is supplied with cookware, dishware, and silverware!

Bathroom:
Enjoy the well lit beautiful large walk-in shower with a built-in dispenser! Get ready for bed or the day ahead with superbly lit and stocked vanity with a modern vessel sink! Get dry and clean with high-quality towels, washclothes, hand towels, and special black makeup washclothes!

Laundry:
Dirty clothes or staying multiple day? We have a large capacity stacked washer and dryer! Steam capabilities!

Porch Patio:
The porch patio is equipped with two relaxing adirondack chair to watch the sunset or sunrise!

Every year we come to Electra for Christmas with our family. This was a perfect spot for us to stay the night. Extremely cozy and comfortable cabin with everything you need for a peaceful nights rest!

Quiet clean little cottage in quiet little town with Big Texas Hospitality!

This was a perfect night’s rest for me as I was traveling alone from New Mexico to Arkansas. Good location near the bigger city of Wichita Falls, if you prefer the quiet restfullness of the countryside. Very clean and comfortable and Anthony is a wonderful host!

Adorable Tiny Cottage!

We LOVED our stay at the tiny cottage! It was thoughtfully furnished and decorated, leaving plenty of room for my 6’3” husband to move around! We loved the little town of Electra and the convenience to get to the casinos and places of interest in Wichita Falls! We will definitely be back!

Overall experience in rental was very positive. For us, just passing through this area it was a good place to stop. The town itself is not really a destination location but the unit was nice, clean and the owner did all we could ask for.

Perfect and Spacious Cabin

I stayed here overnight on the way to Amarillo and found it so comfy and clean that I stayed till the last minute before checkout. Lots of custom made cabinetry throughout gives a masculine touch to the bright and airy space with super clean, modern fixtures, sinks, washer/dryer, etc. Just really so comfortable and safe feeling and very easy to find. Total Thumbs Up.
