Nuestra casa de vacaciones Casa Paqui es una casa de vacaciones muy popular, ubicada en Puerto de Alcudia, a pocos minutos caminando de una de las playas más hermosas de Mallorca, la Playa de Alcudia. Casa Paqui se ha convertido en una de nuestras casas más populares, no solo por su excelente ubicación, si no por tener todo lo necesario para hacer sus vacaciones inolvidables.



La casa cuenta con una piscina de 9m x 4m a los pies de un encantador porche de madera que da sombra a una gran mesa con 6 sillas para que disfruten de la barbacoa durante las noches de verano o de las 6 hamacas alrededor de la piscina, para tomar el sol. En la delantera de la casa se encuentra otra terraza cubierta, con otra mesa con 6 sillas al lado de una mesa de ping pong.

El interior de la casa está muy bien cuidado y decorado con cariño por Paqui, su propietaria. Disponen de un gran salón comedor, con un sofá chaise long para descansar y ver la televisión y una mesa también para 6 personas. La cocina es independiente del salón y se encuentra perfectamente equipada.

Además, cuentan con 4 habitaciones: una con cama de matrimonio y un baño con ducha en suite, otro con dos camas individuales y un cuarto con una cama individual. Además, hay otro baño con ducha independiente.

La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades, como aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, WIFI, lavavajillas, lavadora, etc. Las habitaciones están decoradas con amor, la casa irradia comodidad.



Electricidad según consumo 0,25 euros/ Kwh. Depósito 100 euros/ semana.



La ecotasa y el depósito no están incluidos en el precio. Deben ser abonados a su llegada en efectivo.

We loved our stay at Casa pacqui and hope to visit again next year! It had everything we needed for a great cycling trip. The location was great , walking distance to the beach and to Lidl. The pool was great to cool down and a sun trap in the evening. We spent countless hours playing table tennis. The host was helpful with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Perfect villa! Great size, very comfortable and good air con. Well equipped for eating in and BBQ’s. The pool was fab. Lots of places to eat out within walking distance. We also enjoyed the country walk to Alcudia old town that was easy to do. Owner so friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay at this beautiful villa

Great stay

Private house/ pool in a quiet suburb near shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the beach, old town etc. Plenty of shade around the house. Pool decent size and a must in the height of summer. Met all the needs of a family of five, three of whom were teenagers (each with their own room..)

Lovely Casa

Absolutely as described, lovely property, great location. Walking distance to excellent bakery, shops, good restaurants and the beach. The private pool was so good to just dip in an out of. The BBQ is great, we cooked wonderful fresh fresh and prawns from the market. Would highly recommend this property. Lovely to meet the owner, so welcoming and friendly - it felt like a personal service.

Lovely Casa

Very nice

Very nice villa with plenty of room, nice pool and plenty of places to sit and chill, the only downside was the local dogs barking, great location with everything within walking distance

Beautiful Villa

The villa was fantastic! The photos don't do it justice. It was lovely and clean, and comfortable, and very well equipped. The pool was lovely and it was a great location. The owner was lovely and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. We managed to lock ourself out the house on the first day and they were there super quick to let us back in. Fabulous stay, and would definitely recommend

Grown Family Holiday

A fantastic accommodation plenty large enough for 4 adults to disappear into the large rooms and 2 big bathrooms. Great Wi-Fi, lots of kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, everything you could need. BBQ and covered outdoor spaces to keep you cool in the heat of the day. Fabulous pool shaded through the day. Pool toys and table tennis provided. Great outdoor eating areas. The accommodation is 5 min walk to Spa and Eroski store. 20 min walk to the bars and shops on the strip, 30 min walk to the beach and bars by the harbour. Safe area, plenty of street parking.

Great family holiday home

The accommodation was a perfect family holiday home. The photos don’t do it justice, it was a lot larger than we expected. The interior layout was great, the air-con in the bedrooms and living room was a god send and made the hot nights bearable so we could get to sleep without tossing and turning in the heat! The exterior really took this property to the next level with the swimming pool (kids would have happily spent the whole holiday in the pool), built in BBQ and two outside dining tables/areas being where we spent a huge amount of time when we weren’t out and about exploring the local areas. We would highly recommend this property to any family looking for a holiday home away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance to everything Port D’Alcudia has to offer… already thinking about next years trip! A virtual tour of the inside and outside of the property would really help showcase what this great property has to offer.

Great villa

Villa was great - spacious with small utility room which was really handy. Pool was clean and plenty big enough for the five of us. Met the owner on arrival and on our leaving day who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Ideal property office was interesting - we had to ask our taxi to stop off there first to fill out forms, pay and collect key. They made a mistake with our villa price which was rectified but the figures were slightly different to when we first booked with Home Away - (additional tax and deposit). Did email them for some advice during our stay but they didn’t reply! However the villa and owners were great and would recommend (few cockroaches though!)

Clean and spacious, if a little old school

Spacious property that was really clean. Some of the furniture is a tad jaded and some of the rooms a bit dark. We enjoyed the pool, barbecue and table tennis table but would have liked more sunny areas to sunbathe in. There is adequate access to shops and bars and it's a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach .... And what a beach! Stunning and gorgeous for swimming. We had a real problem with mosquitoes, probably because of the nearby canals etc, so bring repellent with you. We were late arriving and it was a bit tricky finding the agents office in the dark, even with a map, and the deposit process is a bit clunky. However, the agents and owner were all very friendly. Overall we had a nice holiday, thank you.

Ubicacion tranquila

La descripción y las fotos sin fieles a la realidad. La casa es muy tranquila, cómoda y con mucha zona cubierta en el exterior. Se puede aparcar perfectamente en la calle, hay sitio mas que de sobra. Con un lidl cerca. Repetiré.

Muy buena opcion para ir de vacaciones a Mallorca

Agradable

Estaba decorada para Navidad, y es una casa práctica para pasar unos dias El olor de los armarios, huele mucho a Humedad y coge olor la ropa. El olor del baño de la habitación principal huele mucho a alcantarilla

Großes Haus für Familie

Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Aussengelände ist sehr groß. Toll war auch die Tischtennis Platte und der saubere Pool.

Wir haben uns super wohl in dem Haus gefühlt

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr lieb und stets für einen da. Für den Pool ist es im März zu kalt, aber das Wetter war angenehm und und die Tischtennisplatte eine schöne Beschäftigung. Eins muss man im Winter jedoch beachten, man muss die Klimaanlage ständig auf hohe Temperaturen einstellen, damit es warm wird, denn es gibt keine Heizung.
