Second bedroom is at the opposite corner of the home for privacy, with walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. Large and modern eat-in kitchen with all full sized appliances to make cooking a breeze. Gas BBQ grill outside, and deck with table and chairs. Lovely, private property with large horse shoe driveway. Washer/Dryer. 10 minutes to Columbus, NC and Landrum SC. 45 mins to AVL and GVL.

The beauty of this house is the long treed driveway to the front door, the setting in nature, and the utter peace and privacy. Yet, we are 12 minutes to the front entrance of the Tryon International Equestrian Center, and 15 minutes from the center of Landrum. Private, but not isolated.
