the villa, on two levels includes a living room of about 25 m2 with lounge (sofa bed 160 cm for 2 additional possible beds), dining area and TV corner opening onto the terrace of 12 m2 with open views of the hills. The kitchen is separate and equipped with induction hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and extractor hood, small appliances, washer-dryer).
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (one cabin room with bed 140 cm and one with bed 160 cm), A shower room with toilet.
You can relax around the communal pool of the residence at 50 m, gardens and pétanque. Free parking spaces in the residence available but non-nominative and not guaranteed according to the periods.
Air conditioning and private wifi in the house.
Pool of the collective residence, open in summer according to government and prefectural decisions (generally from June to September).

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and pick it up at the key handover (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/ single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towels kit: with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).

The rental must be returned clean and in good condition. The exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who can, if they wish, make a household service request 72 hours before departure (rate communicated upon request)
