Come and spend a pleasant stay in this comfortable accommodation located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the heights of Banyuls, in the immediate vicinity of a superb cove with emerald waters.

During your stay, leave your vehicle in the private parking lot located at the foot of the apartment, everything is within walking distance: beaches and shops 5/10 minutes walk, start of hiking, biodiversarium and port 300m away, thalasso centre 150m away...

From the terrace and its panoramic view, contemplate the sunrise over the sea and the sunset behind the mountains. At night, the Cap Béar lighthouse opposite enlivens the sky. Enjoy the sea breeze during the hot weather.

The accommodation has an independent entrance on the upper level of a small 2-storey residence. Access is via a secure passageway in which it is possible, for example, to leave bicycles.

This 50 m2 apartment (including 12 m2 on the mezzanine) is functional and equipped for 4 to 6 people maximum.
It has a 1st closed bedroom equipped with an air cooler and a 2nd bedroom on the mezzanine open to the living room and a sunny terrace without vis-à-vis with superb panoramic views of the sea and the Albères mountains. The kitchen area is separated from the living room by a bar top.

You will benefit from a personalized welcome by a professional concierge service ensuring the cleaning at the end of your stay (service included in the price) as well as a paid service (not included in the Vrbo price) of rental of household linen on request (sheets, towels, dish towels).

Appartement très correct , bien équipé et fonctionnel avec comme principal atout une superbe vue et de magnifiques levers du soleil dans une résidence calme. Nous remercions particulièrement notre hôte qui a été très a l'écoute avec des réponses rapides et claires à la moindre sollicitation . Que vous soyez plage et activités nautiques ou randonnées pédestres et vélo , n'hésitez pas , venez a Banyuls .

Logement très bien situé vue magnifique mais une climatisation serait vraiment la bienvenue face aux fortes chaleurs.

Le logement est situé sur les hauteurs de Banyuls (accès avec un escalier pratique pour les personnes avec une bonne mobilité et en forme). A noter : en cas de canicule, l'appartement est difficile à aérer et la température monte vite à l'intérieur. L'équipement est convenable pour une location; (un tapis de bain serait utile). Le logement convient pour une famille de 4 personnes, mais serait trop juste pour 6.

Logement conforme à l'annonce, bien équipé, propre, idéalement situé entre ville et plage, au calme avec vue imprenable. Des ventilateurs au plafond seraient un plus pour évacuer la chaleur sous la toiture. La literie de la mezzanine convient pour des enfants. Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement.

Sous le soleil

Appartement confortable et propre avec une belle terrasse et une vue magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Eve qui s occupe de plusieurs locations et nous la remercions de sa gentillesse ,( elle est revenue le soir même nous apporter draps et serviettes) car il y a eu un petit bug avec l annonce qui mentionnait linge compris, mais en faite non . L annonce à été rectifiée par Thierry qui nous a remboursé la location du linge et a été trés réactif et compréhensif, un grand merci. La literie est trés confortable . Le seul soucis qui nous a incommodé, c est qu il y a eu la canicule (assez rare si tôt), et les ventilateurs ( dont un très bruyant) et un refroidisseur d air tout aussi bruyant ne suffisaient pas à refroidir l appart, donc des nuits non récupératrices.Peut-être une vrai clim ne serait pas un luxe, même si bien évidemment le prix serait un peu plus élevé.

Bonjour Françoise, désolé que les fortes chaleurs aient gâchées votre séjour. Des températures de 30 degrés et plus y compris la nuit sont pourtant fréquentes de juin à septembre, je vous invite à revenir decouvrir cette belle region de novembre à avril où les temperatures sont clémentes.

Dolce vità

Un séjour magique; la lumière est magnifique et la terrasse de l'appartement permet d'en jouir à chaque moment; la vue est exceptionnelle! L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, en surplomb d'une magnifique crique et à quelques minute du centre ville. Le parking inclus est un réel atout; pas de prise de tête pour le stationnement.
