Stunning Union Station Aerie
MONTHLY RENTAL: A beautifully finished true 2BR condominium in Denver's premier Union Station development, The Coloradan. Ideally situated a stone's throw from some of Denver's finest restaurants. In the lobby are Kaffe Landskap, Ghost Donkey, Sweetgreen, and art space Union Hall. Walking distance to Rockies Stadium, the ski train, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Ball Arena and much more. Easy light rail to DIA, or take the ski train to Winter Park.
The space
Central kitchen/living area with phenomenal views of Denver's iconic neon Union Station sign against a backdrop of Denver skyline. Work--or just train/people watch--at twin custom walnut tables, one at standing desk height and another which pulls away to double as a dining table.
Quartz waterfall kitchen island is capacious. Well-stocked kitchen. Bosch appliances, including wine and beverage fridges. Whole Foods across the street.
Two bedrooms, far from one another, one with king, the other a queen pullout. Blackout shades for easy sleeping. Each with its own bathroom. Master bath is marble tiled with walk in shower and separate tub.
Building amenities include gym with everything--two Pelaton bikes, TRX system, water rower, ellipticals, treadmills, weights, stability balls, barre, foam rollers, and more. (Or go to Pure Barre on the ground floor.) The 18th floor clubhouse has plenty of seating areas, chef's kitchen, pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and gas fireplaces. Outdoor space features hot tub and year round pool, as well as gas fire pit and plenty of loungers. (Note that outdoor area is under construction til 2/2022, though hot tub and pool are still accessible.)
24/7 front desk staffing and roaming security. Key fob necessary for accessing all but ground floors.
Parking is available for $240/month in the building.
One month minimum stay.
Owner pays for utilities, water, basic cable and internet. $500 additional pet deposit. Absolutely no smoking in the unit. Renter forfeits security if any evidence of smoking including odor in unit.
