This lovely spacious cottage home features an open floor plan. The home is perfect for families/groups looking for a suburban/urban vibe that is close to where you want to be. It's 5 minutes away from University of Texas-Dallas and yet within a short drive to Downtown Dallas, DFW, Parkland Hospital and Cowboys Stadium. Very close to Plano. The entire place is for you and your family/group. Great for long term stays. Fully furnished with free washer and dryer. Lots of great shops and restaurants in the area.

Nice House Centrally Located

We were on vacation. The house was perfect for our family. Just enough beds. Will book again when we are back in DFW. Never too far from anything we ever wanted to do.

Perfect stay!

Came to Dallas for a work trip and Ugochi’s place was perfect. I had my dog with me so the yard was ideal and the neighborhood was great to walk around in. Would highly recommend staying at this home!

-Full kitchen with coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils and stocked for cooking
-Full size washer and dryer for your convenience (located in the garage)

This retreat cottage home is fully stocked with all the essentials to make you feel at home including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, iron, ironing board, full length mirrors, etc.

It is just 5 minutes from UT Dallas, 5 minutes to great restaurants , 10 minutes to DART, 15 minutes to SMU, 20 minutes to Parkland Hospital, 25 minutes to Downtown Dallas, 30 minutes to DFW airport, and 35 minutes to Cowboys Stadium.
