About this accommodation
The Can Pedro town house, completely renovated with very good taste, is located on a quiet street in beautiful Petra, in the center of Mallorca. With 2 double bedrooms and a single bedroom, it offers space for up to 4-5 people. On the ground floor there is the living room with WiFi and satellite TV, an open and modern kitchen with all the comforts with an open dining room and a guest toilet.
Accommodation
In the courtyard there is a private 3 x 5 meter swimming pool (there are 4 sun loungers) and two covered terraces with a dining table and barbecue. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a large roof terrace with views of the surrounding countryside.The house is equipped with all types of towels, for the kitchen, the bathroom and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops in the village, within walking distance. It takes about 25 minutes by car to the northern beaches, such as Can Picafort or Playa de Muro, and about 20 minutes to Son Serra de Marina. Enjoy your holiday in an authentic village in the heart of Mallorca, where you will be warmly welcomed as a guest!

The reserved holiday accommodation is intended exclusively for holiday use. It is absolutely prohibited to organize noisy parties or any other activity that is contrary to the law or that may disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in penalties for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
