Stay just steps away from the beach in this charming holiday home located in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez! Ideally situated only 300 metres from the fine sand of Plage des Demoiselles, it offers you all the comfort necessary for a seaside stay with family or friends.
Outside, you will enjoy a fully enclosed garden, ideal for letting children play safely, as well as a 23 mÂČ terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for your outdoor meals and summer evenings.
This 89 mÂČ fully equipped house can accommodate up to 5 people. From the entrance, a small veranda leads you into a pleasant bright living area, consisting of a comfortable lounge with television for your moments of relaxation, and a friendly dining space to share good meals together.
The open, functional and modern kitchen is equipped with everything necessary: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle as well as all the utensils you might need. An adjoining utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience.
On the sleeping side, the house has two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a double bed (140x190) and the second with a double bed (140x190) complemented by a single bed (80x190), perfect for a family with children. A bathroom, equipped with a hair dryer, and separate toilets complete the house's facilities.
For more comfort, you will also have at your disposal an iron and an ironing board, as well as a parking space within the plot.
