Enjoy this 3 beds, 2 bath home 4 mins from the beach! There is a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room to enjoy on a cold fall/winter night. You can relax and enjoy a book on one of our cozy lounge chairs on the sun porch. There is also a deck on the side of the house to enjoy the fresh air. Located only 15 mins from historic downtown New Haven, voted best pizza in the country! 8 mins from wedding venues, Amarante’s Seacliff and Anthony’s Oceanview. 8 mins from Tweed-New Haven Airport.

Great home to stay at

The home was a great place for the family to stay at. The home is nicely decorated and very clean. The house is right near Farm River Park Trails which we walked on several times.

Graduation weekend

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation weekend. The house is so nice. Very clean, fully stocked, everything you might need and just beautiful. Owner was very responsive to our questions. It was wonderful.

Amazing are the best words. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed.

The host was amazing they checked in on me and my family. They had everything we needed and more!!!! I hope to go back soon!! Thank you for allowing my family in your beautiful space. And p.s the beds are super comfortable.

Beautiful house, relaxing stay

Beautiful house, very clean. Super relaxing. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time! Great getaway. We drove to beaches. Property manager very friendly and helpful.

Not what we expected

Read the reviews thinking this was a immaculate, well-kept property. It was somewhat clean, but certainly needing a refresh and repairs. It was hot the day we checked in, which was not an issue, but we turned on all the room air conditioners and blew a fuse. Called the property manager, who was very quick to message us back, but he did not remember where the fuse box was. We looked in every room and finally found out it was in a locked room with no access for guests. He did give us the code to get in the room so we were able to turn the power back on. The whole process took close to an hour. Not a good way to start off the vacation.Beware, this place is pet friendly and you can see it and smell it. Air fresherners were in every room but you could still smell animal smells and urine. All the door knobs were loose, there was a hole in bathroom wall where the towel rack used to be, stains on the bed mattresses, stains on the throw pillows, very worn furniture, damaged furniture, living room and kitchen floor damage, a/c outlet in the living room coming off the wall - concerning safety issue, broken desk chair in the back bedroom, OLD used/open cereal boxes in the cupboard.Unfortunately, will not be staying again. I have too many pictures to post, but have picked a few to share.

Home Away From Home

Beautiful home, comfy beds, 12/10 on cleanliness! Quiet, safe, family neighborhood. Easy walk (0.5mi) to beach for dinner at a local restaurant. Enjoyable weekend spent with family in the area and this home provided a more than adequate base.

Excellent stay

This place is awesome. It was spotless and had everything we needed. Fireplace was beautiful and the Firewood was free. They had plenty of clean towels, all utensils and pots & pans. Would stay again
